Shipping

CARRIER & ADDRESS:  We ship via the USPS and use the address provided to us on the shipping/delivery section during checkout.  Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.  So be sure to double check that the address is correct.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE: Your ESTIMATED delivery date will be the production time (stated in the listing) + 2 - 6 business days for the shipping time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping delays can occur due to high volume (ie., during holidays) and weather conditions, and the time is not guaranteed. Per the USPS website: "The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee." USPS offers delivery confirmation numbers ( tracking numbers). While the number can give a general idea of where your package may be it does not always reflect its status.

 

LOST PACKAGES: When you receive your shipping notice, please keep an eye on the progress via the tracking information. Once we ship your items, they become the responsibility of the US Post Office. The USPS requires 21 days to pass before a package is considered lost (which is when a lost package report can be filed). In the rare event that your package is lost, we will replace your order at no charge if the post office determines that it is lost. We will file an insurance claim in this event and compliance with any needed information from you for the insurance claim is required before replacement item is put into production.

Returns

Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If your item isn't quite what you were looking for, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund as long as it's in new, undamaged condition.  Please contact us if you plan to send a return.  We recommend using the same packaging that the item was received in, as we cannot refund items damaged during return shipping.
